About Us

Silver Recruiting of Virginia (SROVA) is the brainchild of Jeff Miller, who was also the creator of Sales Recruiters of Virginia,

the highly successful placement agency for salespeople. SROVA is a way of getting our talented senior citizens back in the work force. The silver generation wants to work and has a lot to offer.

Jeff is a graduate of the NYU film school, a classmate of Martin Scorsese, and worked in film and tv production for over a decade. He eventually gravitated to sales and business ownership as well as authoring several National Account programs for Telecom manufacturers which included LM Ericsson, Tadiran, and Toshiba. Jeff opened Sales Recruiters of Virginia in 2012, sold it in 2023, and retired. And then unretired.

Jeff Miller has been a top salesperson in every company that he has worked with in a long and successful career in telecommunication sales. Jeff has worked for multi-billion dollar companies (Toshiba, Ericsson) as well as million dollar companies (including his own).
